These controllers (located in app/controllers/...) are for projects,users,and groups.

They are mostly scaffolding at the moment but are going to help get basic information into the database.

adds the 3 controllers located in /app/controllers/... which are mostly scaffolding at this point but will allow for further more useful patches to take place.
