Description

I need to email EllisLab on why they chose their current licensing system and some other quality control questions as well as something focusing on why they have opt'd for the strong "Indemnity" section.

    I've emailed the fluidproject genius' for a quick onceover before I send'r off.

    still no response so I'm thinking we need to make a move.

    EllisLab could not be contacted and after many hours of deliberation on their irc channel and speaking to one of the moderators there it was clear that at this point EllisLab has no intention of coming back to their CodeIgniter license until (or if when) they release the CodeIgniter 2.0
