Jaws+FF:
When focus lands on the volume controls, Jaws says nothing.
When arrow keys are used to adjust volume, Jaws says nothing.
NVDA+FF:
When focus lands on the volume controls, NVDA says "section."
When arrow keys are used to adjust volume, NVDA says nothing.
VoiceOver+Safari:
When focus lands on the volume controls, VoiceOver says nothing
When arrow keys are used to adjust volume, VoiceOver says nothing.
NVDA+IE9:
When focus lands on the volume controls, NVDA says "grouping"
When arrow keys are used to adjust volume, NVDA says nothing.
Jaws+IE9:
When focus lands on the volume controls, Jaws says nothing
When arrow keys are used to adjust volume, Jaws says "blank".

2012-08-17T14:57:31.848-0400 Focus should be inside of the volume bar in order to hear changes. You can hear them if you will focus on the bar and using a keyboard to change a volume level.
