Jaws+FF:
When focus lands on the volume controls, Jaws says nothing.
When arrow keys are used to adjust volume, Jaws says nothing.

NVDA+FF:
When focus lands on the volume controls, NVDA says "section."
When arrow keys are used to adjust volume, NVDA says nothing.

VoiceOver+Safari:
When focus lands on the volume controls, VoiceOver says nothing
When arrow keys are used to adjust volume, VoiceOver says nothing.

NVDA+IE9:
When focus lands on the volume controls, NVDA says "grouping"
When arrow keys are used to adjust volume, NVDA says nothing.

Jaws+IE9:
When focus lands on the volume controls, Jaws says nothing
When arrow keys are used to adjust volume, Jaws says "blank".

    Focus should be inside of the volume bar in order to hear changes. You can hear them if you will focus on the bar and using a keyboard to change a volume level.
