Description
The scrub bar can not be focused using tab in Safari.
To reproduce:
- Load: http://build.fluidproject.org/videoPlayer/videoPlayer/demos/VideoPlayer.html
- Press tab until Volume button has focus
- Press tab again
- Notice that Captions has focus, skipping over the scrub bar.

2013-01-21T06:56:49.855-0500 For some elements in safari you have to use option-tab to navigate to them. I tried this method out and was able to use the keyboard to interact with it.
