Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the video player demo
http://build.fluidproject.org/videoPlayer/videoPlayer/demos/VideoPlayer.html
2) Start the video
3) Turn on captions
Notice that the captions do not appear. Note that the transcripts appear to be working correctly.
