Description
Steps to reproduce
1) Open the video player
2) Turn on captions
3) Switch to full screen mode
Notice that the background of the captions has grown but the text has remained the original size. In safari and chrome the text scales up with the larger video size.

2013-02-28T10:35:27.131-0500 "Screen Shot - captions in regualr video player.png" shows the captions when the video is not in full screen mode. "Screen Shot - captions in full screen video player.png" shows the captions when the video is in full screen mode. See how the text is the same size in both, but the background has grown in full screen mode.
