Description
On Chrome, no captions are showing up at all: English or French.
Note that transcripts seem to work fine.

2012-11-12T10:26:14.203-0500 Chrome now seems to offer native track support, and this support is working in the following demo:
http://www.html5rocks.com/en/tutorials/track/basics/Captionator is correctly detecting the native support and bowing out.
So it seems that our use of track simply doesn't jibe with what Chrome supports.
