Description
The ministry branch has changed its name and needs to be updated under the logo-ing in the footer. "Provincial Schools Branch" is now "Provincial and Demonstration Schools Branch". The line in the footer should read:
SNOW is a project of the Inclusive Design Research Centre, funded by Provincial and Demonstration Schools Branch, Ontario Ministry of Education.

2018-09-25T12:08:51.421-0400 To change the footer, from the Admin dashboard go to: Settings > a11y Theme Options. You should see a box for Footer text and change the footer there.

2018-09-25T12:29:25.095-0400 The content in the a11y Theme Options does not seem to be syncing with the footer. Prior to making changes and post changes.

Theme Editor. Go to Sidebar > Appearance > Editor.
in the right sidebar that shows different theme files, choose "Theme Footer (footer.php)
