Description
The "TODO" reminders found throughout the Storytelling Tool codebase should be addressed. What "addressed" means will depend on the particular TODO, and may include filing a new Jira for work, doing a quick fix under this Jira, work already outlined by another Jira or whatever else we deem appropriate.
