Description
Given the international scope of the project, interface translation is an important need, as is structure to make this manageable and allow translation contribution.
As a starting point, @@Tony Atkins [RtF] did some valuable investigative work into what's currently in Infusion and the most popular JS internationalization library (i18next): https://wiki.gpii.net/w/Technology_Evaluation_-_Internationalising_and_Localising_UI_strings
