Description

Steps to reproduce:

1) View a screenshare in full screen
2) The remote participant sharing the screen, ends screen share
3) Try to exit full screen on mac

Vidyo crashes.

    It seems this is a known issue that will be fixed in the upcoming release.

    This is a known issue with this version of the client. Vidyo has indicated that a new version of the client(s) are in QA at this time and have indicated that this fix is included in the forthcoming release.

    Hi Justin, we have had another upgrade recently for Mac (v3.6.9-014). Could you ensure you have this version and try again the screen sharing when it's most convenient to you? Thanks!

    Latest update from Vidyo:

    Here is an update,
    the fix for the issue will be delivered in the coming version 3.6.13 VidyoDesktop.
    
    It will be delivered soon, but regarding ETA (Estimated time of arrival) for the fix, please reach out your regional Vidyo SE (Sales Engineer) as they have better view for the information.

    I have uploaded version 3.6.14 of VidyoDesktop this morning.

    @@Giovanni Tirloni I tried with v3.6.14 of VidyoDesktop and it still crashes. I also tried with the Vidyo Neo client, and didn't see this particular issue there.

    That's bad. Thanks for testing though.

    A Vidyo rep told me VidyoDesktop is their "legacy" platform now and all improvements are going into VidyoNeo so I would expect this to get any attention any more, unfortunately.

    Closing as the chance of getting support for VidyoDesktop now are minimal.
