Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the 5-star keyboard a11y demo
http://build.fluidproject.org/infusion/demos/keyboard-a11y/html/keyboard.html
2) Using the keyboard attempt to change the star rating of any of the fruits.
Notice that it doesn't change, but can be changed with the mouse.

2013-10-21T15:31:38.942-0400 "Screenshot.png" shows that the keyboard focus is on the third start but the rating is still at 1 star.
