Description
Enactors are currently described a bit in the "Creating a Preferences Editor Using the Preferences Framework" tutorial, on this page:
http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/docs/Creating+Enactors
but we should probably create a formal page providing full documentation about enactors; more of an API type page.
