Description

We need to document the 'ginger process' and why it's useful.

It would also be a good time to come up with a better way to refer to it; perhaps "the IoC Resolution Process" ?

There is quite a bit of documentation around IoC including https://docs.fluidproject.org/infusion/development/HowToUseInfusionIoC. I’m going to close this as complete but we should file new issues if there are other bits missing.
