Description

Demands are being deprecated, and we wish to discourage developers from using them. We decided to remove all mention of them from the documentation.

    I've removed two pages, "Demand Resolution" and "Demands Specification." The "fluid.demands" page has already been removed.
    The only thing left is to ensure that the rest of the docs don't discuss demands or use them in examples.

    Oddly, those two pages are still present in the space. I don't know how they got restored.
