FLUID-508: OSDPL: Tweak styling of OSDPL site and check cross browser behaviour

  Did a quick test in IE7 and FF2. (See attached images)

  In FF2 enlarging font size causes overlapping of text. Div containers do not scale accordingly (i.e. the left sidebar stays a fixed width).

  In IE7, behaviour is a little better. Sidebar div scales with font size, but still some overlapping text at the extremes.

  Suggested Task: Don't make the div containers fixed width?

  There are some issues with tables being too large for small screens, such as this one: http://127.0.0.1/drupal-5.7/admin/settings/taxonomy-breadcrumb, which I hope can be fixed as part of this task.

  There is also an issue with the underlines on links which have children under them (e.g. "Administer", "UI Design Patterns") having underlines that extend beyond the text into the left padding. It is appearing for me on the Mac in both Safari & Firefox.
