Examine if Skip to Content link is necessary. Currently shown at top of page.
Somewhat related is the tab-index order of elements on the OSDPL, would skip to content link be necessary if tab index / layout is more logical for a screen reader?

2008-04-25T14:56:18.000-0400 I did an evaluation of this using JAWS and found it very useful to have that link available. By default JAWS would read the header and then the left navigation. By having that link, focus can be switched quickly to the main content and JAWS can begin reading there.
Worth keeping in.
