Description
While attempting to drag a tab, the drop target appears below the first tab. This also causes the tabs which are supposed to be on the right of where the drop target should be, to move to a line below the other tabs.

2008-04-07T15:44:44.000-0400 screenshot-1 shows the drop target below the first tab, and the other tabs on a lower line.
