2008-04-15T11:10:00.000-0400 Decided not to go with Drupal 6.x at the moment due to lack of availability of a stable CCK modeul release.
Migration is well documented in Drupal's forum:
http://drupal.org/forum/21Upgrade "should" be as easy and running upgrade.php in the v6 release package, but of course gotchas may appear with respect to customizations.
