FLUID-3879: Update the README.txt file

Description

Be sure to update the version number, the zip file names (which include the version number), the "What's New" section with a list of features of the release, folder hierarchy if it has changed at all (e.g. new sample-code folders added), the list of supported browsers if it has changed, and the "Known Issues" section with highlights of the known issues.

  We should mention the fact that some of the demos (ex. pager) require AJAX calls to self, and therefore a security config option needs to be changed in firefox for this to work

  Mockjax was added to the lib folder in the tests and should be added to the readme.

  I've reviewed the changes to the Readme - looks great. I've attached a revised patch (FLUID-3879-c.patch.txt) that makes some very minor tweaks, and adds one more Uploader known issue.
