Description

Using Mouse

Dropdown menu appears at the top left-hand corner of screen
Menu options are not highlighted by pointer
Drop down menu does not disappear after an option is selected

Using Keyboard

Drop down menu appears at the top left-hand corner of screen
Menu options do not get a keyboard focus
