Description
When in alphabetical sort order, the "View an image by pressing Enter. Move an image using CTRL+Arrow Key." tool tip should not be displayed because drag and drop functionality is not possible.
Reinstate this tooltip if drag and drop functionality gets added to alphabetical sorting.
