Description
When looking at the First Discovery Tool demos such as http://build.fluidproject.org/first-discovery/demos/, tooltips are not properly disappearing and are accumulating on top of the UI as progress is made through the tool.
This occurs in the Learning Assessment / Voting Booth demos as well.
