Description
To reproduce:
1. Set the theme to White on black
2. Navigate to the end of the tool to the mocked up assessment page
3. Tab to the "Settings" button
There is focus indication but it is very subtle, particularly on Windows (Mac seems to be better).
I've attached a screenshot from Windows.
