Description
We need to add the security screencast to the flow website. It should be handled similarly to the PCP/PMT screencast, i.e. with mention on the home page with a link to a separate page that has some explanatory text and the video.

2015-03-19T11:18:11.499-0400 I notice that the PCP/PMT screencast is still on http://static.idrc.ocad.ca. Since we'll be posting the security screencast to cachefly for this, I'll take this opportunity to move the pcp/pmt screencast files, as well.
