Description

Using the Iteration 2 demo design as seen in here http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/FLOE+Metadata+Authoring+Design implement the new style.

This includes creating and styling the new landing page, and updating the simple editor UI to use tabs.

    I think the text on the metadata demo needs to make it clear that we haven't created an editor, but rather a suite of components that can be used in other people's tools. @@Dana said she will rework this a bit.

    The FLOE metadata authoring components can be integrated into existing content editors to allow authors to create or edit metadata that accompanies the content of their Open Education Resource (OER). For the purposes of this demo, the metadata components are shown within a simple content editor.
