Description

Have both the deployment and development imports on the home page, with one set commented out.

At release time the development imports should be commented and during the development the deployment imports should be commented out.

This way we can easily keep track of the correct imports.

Added in the development script imports, commented out the deployment imports and commented about what each set of imports is.
