Description

Just adding some styling changes to the Guest Book – applying FSS, aligning things, etc.

    this patch might introduce some other design issues, but it gets us started with styling on guestbook.

    completed and committed:

    • I added a background color to the 'Add Note' row;
    • changed the fonts to match the graffle document
    • centered the 'Add Note' text

    remaining:

    • navbar_titles need to change color
    • I'm not sure if the "load 10 more notes" has been implemented or styled
