I've added the Uploader to the placeholder import page in my bitbucket account.

Currently it is only the demo version of uploader. Still need to send files to the server.

I've updated this to now actually upload to the server. This code is still in my bitbucket repos

The fluid uploader is used by the import page. There will need to be more customization of it to match the particular designs for decapod 0.5, but these should be filed under specific jiras as needed.
