2020-01-02T14:49:40.028-0500 Available device list seems like updating when new devices are detected, but not able to detect when they are turned off before getting paired. I couldn't find a way to control the available devices modal from the browser; though, we could set timeout for attempt to connect to Dash.

2020-03-27T14:36:47.254-0400 The need to address this issue, together with C2LC-108, will go away if/when we switch over to using Wonder Workshop's JavaScript library to talk to Dash (C2LC-164). We will put this work on hold until we resolve C2LC-164.
